Sliding Scale Rates for Economic Justice: $1,345.00-$2,245.00

Includes:

• Phone and email support from hire to baby’s first birthday.

• Up to 12 hours of in-person and virtual visits dedicated to building rapport, discussing your birth preferences in detail, creating a personalized birth plan, practicing various labor positions and comfort measures. Additionally, any questions or concerns will be addressed as well as plans for infant care and the postpartum period.

• 6-week EBB® Childbirth Education Course

• The Fresh Test: a natural alternative for your glucose screening. BPA & Gluten- Free, Non-GMO, and free of additives! FDA approved and meets standards set by the American Diabetes Association.

• Physical, emotional, and informational support, as well as advocacy throughout the birthing process to empower and comfort you and ensure your voice is heard.

• Immediate support for up to 2 hours after your birth to help with feeding, bonding and any immediate needs your family may have.

• One postpartum check-in home visit (up to 2 hours) dedicated to debriefing your birth experience, assisting with any challenges you may be facing, and assessing further care needs that may be beneficial to you and your family.

Sliding Scale Rates for Economic Justice: $30-$50/hour

Whether it’s your first or your fifth baby, no matter the outcome of your birth- postpartum support is a necessity. Together we will create a schedule and care plan to fit your specific needs!

• Compassionate assistance for your physical, mental and emotional well-being during the 4th trimester.

• A judgement-free zone to share your experiences, concerns, and triumphs.

• Hands-on support for daily tasks, light chores, meals, errands, and baby care, allowing you to take a break to rest or eat. Remember: you cannot pour from an empty cup!

• Evidence-based guidance on newborn care, including feeding, diapering, bathing, and soothing techniques.

• Assistance with lactation and infant feeding including; latch issues, pace-feeding, and positioning.

• Care provided to older siblings to aid in adapting and adjusting to a new normal.

• Referrals for additional support as needed for continued assistance and well-rounded postpartum care.

BIRTH Planning & POSTPARTUM PREP (Starting at $300)

I understand that not everyone can afford or prefer doula support during childbirth. That's why I am now offering birth planning and postpartum preparation assistance. Our aim is to provide you with all the necessary information and tools to help you navigate this exciting time with ease and confidence. Please note that the minimum booking time is 5 hours.
